Marlow Town Regatta and Festival Limited and its box office system provider, The Little Box Office Limited, have created this web site Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy") in order to ensure the confidence of visitors (“Users”) to our web site (the "Site"), and to demonstrate our commitment to fair information practices and the protection of privacy.

1. Types of Information Collected
Traffic Data: We automatically track and collect various pieces of information such as IP address and browser type when a User visits our Site. This Traffic Data is collected using a service called Google Analytics (www.google.com/analytics/) and is anonymous information that does not personally identify a User. Using this Traffic Data we compile and store reports in order to improve the Site and our marketing of it  ("Site Data and Reports").
Personal Information - General: In order for a User to communicate with us via the Site, we require Users to provide us with information that personally identifies a User ("Personal Information"). Personal Information may include Contact Data (such as a User's name and e-mail addresses) and Demographic Data (such as a User's postal address and postcode). Personal Information - Financial: In order to purchase items via the Site, Users are required to provide financial information.  Since we use PayPal (www.paypal.co.uk) to process all credit card or debit card based transactions, we do not collect or store any financial details ourselves.

We use Contact Data to send Users information about our services or to contact Users when necessary. We use User's Demographic Data to deliver the badges and tickets purchased by post and to otherwise communicate with Users. We may use Site Data and Reports on an aggregate basis for such purposes as we deem appropriate. By using the Site, User consents to the collection and use of User's Personal Information and Site Data and Reports by us as described in this Privacy Policy.

3. User Choice Regarding Collection, Use and Distribution of Personal Information
Users may choose not to provide us with any Personal Information. Users may also choose not to allow the Google Analytics system to collect Traffic Data. In order to do this Users should download and install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on from https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. In both cases, Users can still access and browse the Site.

4. Confidentiality and Security of Personal Information
Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, we will keep your Personal Information and Site Data and Reports private and will not share it with third parties, unless such disclosure is necessary to: (a) comply with a court order or other legal process; (b) protect our or our User's rights or property; (c) to identify persons who may be violating the law or the rights of third parties; (d) to cooperate with the investigations of possibly unlawful activities; or (e) enforce our Terms and Conditions. User's Personal Information is stored securely. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online that is under our control.

5. User Ability to Access, Update and Correct Personal Information
In order to ensure that all of User's Personal Information is correct and up-to-date, at any time you may request a copy of the information that we hold and where this is incorrect request that we correct or delete it.

6. Other Limits to Your Privacy
The Site may contain links to other web sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or policies or the content of such web sites. We encourage users to read the posted privacy policies whenever interacting with any web site. We have no control over the use of your Personal Information by third party web sites, and Users should exercise caution when deciding to disclose Personal Information.

We reserve the right, at any time and without notice, to add to, change, update or modify this Privacy Policy, simply by posting such change, update or modification on the Site.
