Paul Bell

Paul Bell’s remarkable work was first spotted online by one of our committee members, Sarah Campbell. He had created a series of hugely artistic paintings, capturing the essence & community feel of Marlow life; it’s architecture and iconic, historic beauty. Sarah wasted no time in approaching Paul, with the hope that he might be interested in working in collaboration with Marlow’s Sporting & Social occasion, The Town Regatta & Festival, thankfully he was! 

We are filled with gratitude & appreciation for the exclusive images that Paul has painted for the Town Regatta, depicting & bringing to life the life & soul of our rowing event & garden party. These images have been incorporated within the heart of this years design, website & printed collateral, created by Sarah.

Paul is a contemporary Artist and Illustrator based in Beaconsfield, England where he lives with his wife, three children and dog.
He was Born and raised in Glasgow, Scotland, leaving school to study Interior Design in conjunction with a part time course at Glasgow School of Art.
Paul went on to work in professional practice for a number of years before deciding to specialise in Architectural and Interior rendering.
Having enjoyed many years working on some of the biggest architectural projects globally before deciding to concentrate on his first love, Fine Art.
Paul enjoyed some early success with a portrait accepted and shortlisted for the prestigious 2014 BP Portrait competition. He entered and won the BBC1 Big Painting Challenge in 2015 which if nothing else provided an exposure that he’s enjoyed to date.
Paul exhibits work locally and nationally selling throughout the United Kingdom.
