MARLOW SHOWCASE & CHARITY STALLS – SUNDAY

Kyrece's Legacy Charity StallThe Marlow Showcase aims to showcase the best of our local not-for-profit organisations and clubs. Located near the main pedestrian entrance you will find stalls manned by a variety of local organisations promoting their clubs and groups alongside a number of charity and not-for-profit stalls. In 2017 these included:

Alexander Devine Children’s Hospice Service
A dedicated children’s hospice service for all children with life limiting and life threatening illnesses in Berkshire and beyond. Providing practical support such as the Alexander’s Nurses who provide much needed respite, palliative care, emotional and practical support. (click here …)

Bucks Fire & Rescue
Working alongside Kyrece’s Legacy (see below), they are bringing their Water Rescue Unit to exhibit, and will be providing information and advice on water safety, swimming lessons. (click here …)

Carers Bucks
Carers Bucks supports the wellbeing of unpaid, family carers in Buckinghamshire. (click here …)

Help for Heroes
Help for Heroes supports those with injuries and illnesses sustained while serving in the British Armed Forces. (click here …)

Kyrece’s Legacy
Marlow based charity promoting water safety and drowning prevention through better awareness, education and life saving equipment. Dedicated in the name of Kyrece Francis who sadly drowned in the Thames at Marlow in July 2014. Due to their ongoing efforts and the support of the community and local authorities, we are now seeing emergency equipment appear in key positions along the Riverbank. (click here …)
