How do I find you?
The vehicle entrance is in Lower Pound Lane, off Pound Lane, Marlow, with satnav postcode SL7 2AE. Directions will be provided prior to the event.

When can I set up and break down?
You can set up your stall between 08.00am and 10.00am each day and break-down and remove from site after 19:30 on Saturday and 17:00 on Sunday. Vehicles must be removed to the car park by 10.00am on both days.

Where can I park my car?
There will be parking available on the cricket pitch and ground adjacent to the skatepark. Car park tickets can be booked in advance at the same time as you book your Pitch, or via this website or from the Marlow Information Centre. Parking is available from 8.00am.

What will Marlow Town Regatta and Festival provide?
For each stall, we provide an area of grass within the main enclosure. The size and location depends on the type of stall. If you are a food vendor needing an electricity supply, please discuss your requirements with the Regatta stalls team.

Can I use my own generator?
No. Generators will not be allowed. We can supply electrical power to the food pitches at an additional cost.

What additional paperwork must I complete before I attend
You will need to provide proof of your Public Liability Insurance at least 30 days before the event. For all Food Stalls we also need a completed Food Safety Form by the same date.

How will pitches be allocated?
Applications will be considered by the MTRF committee on a first come, first served basis, and to best fit the mix of stalls required for the event. Actual positions will be allocated nearer the event to best distribute attendees and their offerings across the available spaces.

What security arrangements are there?
Although the MTRF Committee is arranging security on the site throughout the weekend, we do not take responsibility for the safety of your property, and no liability can be accepted by the organiser, for loss or damage, howsoever caused. Please arrange your own insurance cover. Goods and stall infrastructure should not be left on the site overnight and no people are allowed to stay on site.

How do I pay?
Payment is required in advance to secure the booking. We accept cheques or card payments (via PayPal) . An invoice will be provided during the booking process.

How many people can I bring to staff my stall?
For Saturday bookings, all staff require badges. 2 Adult Badges are provided with each pitch allocation. If required, additional badges can be arranged during your application, from the main town regatta website or from the Marlow Information Centre.

Badges are not required for Sunday bookings and you can bring as many people as needed.

What is the dress code?
A dress code applies for Saturday’s Regatta. All stall holders should be smartly dressed. If you wish to walk around the event you must conform to the Saturday event dress code: Gentlemen should wear a tailored, collared shirt, smart long trousers and closed shoes. Jackets, blazers and ties are encouraged. Ladies should dress smartly in a dress or skirt / trousers and top.

Please note that jeans, shorts and trainers are not considered suitable. A more complete description of the dress code is available within the Regatta section of this website.

There is no formal dress code on Sunday.

What is the behaviour code?
We require all those attending to respect the law in relation to under-age drinking and the use of recreational drugs. A search policy in relation to drugs, weapons and alcohol will be adopted at the enclosure entrance. The use of offensive language or threatening behaviour in the enclosure will not be tolerated. Security personnel are instructed to expel offenders and report all instances to the police without question.

Can I bring my dog?
On Saturday, no dogs, other than assistance dogs, are allowed in the Regatta Enclosure. There are no restrictions on Sunday and dogs are welcomed.
